Probably one of the worst McDonald's ever. The incompetence at this establishment is at an all time high, not to mention everyone acts as if your breaking their limbs for an extra sauce. Not only that, but I ordered a happy meal at 1027 and they really asked me to go park for 3 minutes because you know, 3 minutes us such a big time difference when it comes to dumping nuggets in their fryalator since lunch was at 1030. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't even know how that McDonald's still has customers because quite frankly, they MCSUCK
Poorly trained 'managers' are apparently only given the power to argue with the clientele. My big splurge in the summer is to order 2 lobster rolls. This McDonalds apparently doesnt sell many because the solid piece that is put on top for show was rotten on BOTH sandwiches! The lobster salad underneath was fine. I brought in one of the pieces so they could see that it even LOOKED bad and was met with hostility and denial. This is the closest one to my home so I've been there quite a bit, and unfortunately dissapointed on many occasions. They also charge more for their breakfast sandwiches than other locations. I was told to come back a different day and talk to the real manager. Well after that experience, I think it would be safer to just stay away from this one!
I don't know why everyone is saying these things. I think the staff is really nice and competent. I also ask for sauce Everytime and they NEVER give me attitude. Also, I find their coffee to be MUCH BETTER than the dunks next to the dry cleaners
Awful drive thru service waited 7 minutes with only one car ahead of me causing my food to be cold. Bread was stale
