It's a beautiful place! We got a campsite just by one of the kettle ponds. Friendly staff too. No electricity hook up but then that's not camping is it?
I have been going here 9 years now and will be back next year. Charge Pond is my usual location. The pond is clean and they have done some upgrades. Bathroom are not the best but not gross. Sites are spacious and the people are awesome.
Lovely nature walk area. The paths could be better marked. AllTrails app failed to show maps and location of hikers for this forest despite maps previously being downloaded. Terrible mobile reception in this area.
I've been camping here since I was young. Year after year the park remains what I've always remembered it to be. There are lots of sites to choose from around multiple ponds. Not only can you swim in the fresh water ponds, but you can also fish. Bike trails and hiking trails give campers plenty to do. With bathrooms that has all your amenities, you don't have to worry about finding a safe place to go in the wilderness.
I have gone camping here ever since I was a little girl with my church. I have so many memories growing up. Sunday was my first time visiting in a long time. We enjoyed a whole day with our church family at the pond. Had a great time!
