There is no place like it! Anyone who likes the days of King Arthur and Knights of the Round table should go. You can rent a costume and dress up in that time era! Beautiful, beautiful costumes for the women and beautiful hair pieces. There are actors who perform shows in that time era and horse tournaments with knights! It is like being in Camelot! More importantly to me, there is a conservation organization that brings in Big Cats that are endangered and threatened with extinction. By Big Cats I mean tigers and lions. They are trying to save these magnificent animals and show mankind how much we have to lose if we allow them to perish. They are trying to make a difference in the world and show that we all can help to keep them from becoming extinct. The fair is only open Sept to October. I go every single year because it is so much fun and to help save the tigers.

Excellent and talented vendors and well dispersed throughout the facility.

My opinion is neutral. I came two years in a row because I like having beer and walking around, relaxed in a nice, comfortable weather, talking and observing well dressed up people. I check out pirate hats. In my opinion, shows are not very exciting... Foods are pricey and not great. (I eat before coming) Turkey leg is good to try just for a new experience. It tastes like ham. For me, it is too salty to eat a lot. It is nice to visit once to see if you like it. Get a ticket via Groupon :)

Plenty of acts too hard to pick between them all.

The 2017 season was well put togeather from a guest perspective. Not a good facility for wheel chair bound or if you need help walking because of all the tree roots but that helps with the setting.

Plenty of places to get food but be prepared $25 on food and more if you want to drink. Plenty of choices for all. Not enough booths to buy food tickets though. We got our tickets the moment the gates opened, making a beeline to the booth but later there was a very long line.

I take my son every year. He loves it. And I think it's pretty cool too. It's even fun to see some of the same act year after year. The only thing I hate is buying food. Different Windows sell different things so you have to wait in line like 3 or 4 times to get everything you want. That's insane. Other than that it's a fantastic way to spend a day in the fall.

This was an amazing experience. Everyone should go at least once. We will go again. It is very expensive to buy food and drinks. Next time we will bring extra water bottles and snacks.
